When do I pay?
You pay after we confirm availability and send you a quote. Payment instructions are provided once you approve the price.
How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. Example: If you need a pickup on Friday at 3:00 PM, submit your booking request by Thursday at 3:00 PM at the latest.
How is pricing calculated for Point-to-Point trips?
Pricing is based on distance, vehicle type, and base fare. You'll receive a customised quote within 24 hours of your request.
Can I extend my rental if I need more time? (For Hourly bookings)
Yes, you can request an extension for your hourly rental. Please notify us at least 2 hours before your original booking request time to request additional hours. Example: If you booked a 4-hour rental starting at 10:00 AM (ending at 2:00 PM), notify us by 8:00 AM if you need to extend.
What areas does the rental service cover?
We currently offer rental services across Lagos, Abuja, Benin, and Port Harcourt. Interstate travel is not currently available.
